Tenancy Details
- The tenancy will be for a fixed term running from 1st August 2025 – 31st July 2026
- A deposit equal to one month rent is required for the tenancy.
- A payment of £100 is required at application as a holding deposit. This is non-refundable should you not take up the tenancy but is used towards the full deposit when the tenancy agreement is signed.
- The balance of the deposit (i.e. equivalent of one month rent minus £100 already paid) is needed when the tenancy agreement is signed
- A UK based Guarantor is required for each tenant.
To book the house
- Each of the tenants must make a payment of £100 (holding deposit as detailed above) and send in a completed tenancy request form.
- The house will be held for a period of two weeks during which time the tenancy agreements must be signed (can be signed electrocially) and the balance of deposit paid - it will be held as an additional (refundable) holding fee until all deposits and signed tenancies are received. If all deposits and signed tenancies have not been received during the 2 weeks then the house will be offered to other interested groups.
- As soon as all full deposits and signed tenancy agreements are received your tenancies will be confirmed and all holding deposits will become your tenancy deposits subject to the terms and conditions contained within the tenancy agreement. The full deposit will be registered with a government recognised tenancy deposit protection scheme for your security.
